so we got some 40k Terrain ready. just to paint the bases and seal everthing. this are our "main" ruins ruin-buildings. To get some more color into the Battlefield I decided to brush them with two different color shemes. hope you like it:

Tutorial - Making Molds

ok. So here ist hte reason why I dont show any painting processes in the last days. I was busy to create some trophys for our Clan tournament and a Regiment filler for the dwarfen ary I was painting at the moment.so here are the two masters:

I made a moldingbox with Legobrickswhich are incredible proof for Mold making. No silicon escape and you can customise themto every single thing you wanna make a mold from for minimal silicon use. Also put an underground of wax putty (children play stuff, fatfree) to get the gapses of the mold where I want them.

a little work with the calculator and the right ammount of silicon was mixed toghether ( I use an 1:1silicon mix called Si6Gb)

After an half hour you can pull the mold out (just read the note by the silicon how long you have to wait)

so now we can cast our molds. here are some pics. and never forget to put some extra molds nearby so if you mixed to much resin you have something to pullit in. In my case I made some Basemolds

so here are some Casts after releasing the molds after the harding process (also look at the notes how long you have to mix it up and how long your resin need to set down)

Workshop - Massive Voodoo Postapokalytical Base building workshop

I had a great Weekend at the Massive Vodoo Basebuilding workshop. And I have to admit.I was to much into the workflow to get everithing finished so I havnt made any Pics.... so here are the results from this really enjoyable Weekend: Thme was "Postapokalypse - Nature come back"

feom the frontview you see that guy with his gun on his outpost looking for anything that means trouble. I wanna keep everthin really cold coloured exept the Flora and Fauna who is coming back slowly.

from the sideview you see an old Sign (still Wip) wich declares here where some real apes long time ago ( alittle tribute to the Massive voodoo guys and her sacrifice of timeand nerves to learn us theire hard learned knowledge)

 Backviev shows us the little escaperoom in warm colours who is the Home of the guy at the top. The Roof is made  to catch up the rainwater into this Barrel (gonna get filles with little fishes and Modell water) for Water and food supliment.

at the other side of the Base you see a pregnant wife sleeping at some Backs of something and Fabrics to hold her warm.Now we know why that guy is that watchful... New life in the postapokalypse

Des Clans neue Platten...

Warum habt ihr in letzter Zeit nix mehr von mir gehört?

naja abgesehen das ich grade Beruflich mehr als üblich zu tun habe bekommt unser Verein neue Platten. Und da die Platten zum unserem Turnier (http://www.tabletopturniere.de/t3_tournament.php?tid=7117) fertig sein sollten stehen ich und meine Jungs vom vorstand ganz schön unter Stress... hier mal n paar WiP Bilder:

 Der Rahmen im Rohbau... und wir zerbrechen uns die köpfe wie wir all die guten ideen unterbringen das sie möglichst Platzsparend,Stabil und optisch Anspruchsvoll sind.

 Forschungsstation und/oder Raketensilos. Als TloS Blocker und Eye-Catcher gedacht!

 Mal was anderes: Rießeneisschollen für die Ränder....es lebe unpassierbares Gelände

 Eisschollen für schwieriges Gelände und Deckung! Das müsste für 3-4 Platten Reichen ;)

 Das 2te Raketensilo/Forschungsstation. Diesmal in die höhe anstatt in die länge

 Hier wird Maß genommen und auf Styrodur das künftige Gelände aufgezeichnet!

 Die Rießeneisschollen mal aus einer anderen Sicht....zur Info Die vertiefungen werden Eiswasserlöcher (schwieriges gefährliches Gelände)

StarQuest: Waaagh Clan Platte auf dem Games Day

so wie er andrag an der Platte war und wie oft ich gehört habe: "Wow das es das noch gibt!? damit habe ich damals Angefangen!". Ist uns genau das gelungen was wir erreichen wollten. Vielen Dank für die Viele positive resonanz und den Sachgemäßen Umgang mit allem bei denen die gespielt haben. hier ein paar Eindrücke:
